		<text><![CDATA[<center><font color="#FFFFFF" size="12">Nate Whipple began working for White Knight as a sales representative focused on honest, customer-oriented service.  Because of his outstanding performance and leadership, he wasked asked to work as a sales manager.  Nate is in his fourth year as an undergraduate student at Brigham Young University, studying Civil and Environmental Engineering.  In addition to his responsibilities as a sales manager, he works for a professor as a research assistant, and participates in the annual Concrete Canoe Competition, sponsored by the American Society of Civil Engineers. 
Nate is the oldest of five children, and grew up in Japan and San Jose, California.  He spent from 2007 to 2009 working amongst Hispanic communities in Toronto, Canada, seeking to improve the lives of immigrants living there.  
Nate enjoys selling because he enjoys talking with the wide variety of people he comes in contact with.  His dream-job is to work as a manager of disaster response teams, and enjoys the management skills that he sharpens while managing other energetic salesmen.  Nate enjoys working for White Knight primarily because it provides an environment where the owner and managers expect honesty and perfection in delivering quality pest control, and there exists a work environment where new ideas and ingenuity are welcomed.
Nate owns his own climbing equipment and has enjoyed climbing in Alaska, California, and Utah.  He also enjoys spending time road-tripping to state and national parks with his family.  He speaks fluent Spanish and some Portuguese, but hopes to become fluent in Portuguese and relearn the Japanese he once knew as a child. </font></center>]]></text>
